Life is Good

Life is good. I don't know what all the fuss is about. Mommy listens to a talk radio station and the angry man on the other end is always complaining. Taxes. Octo-mom. Democrats. Stimulus. Furlow. But all I really hear is blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. I just don't know why people are so grumpy. I think the angry man needs to look at the bright side of life, like I do.

I mean, there are still plenty of peas in the fridge. And Mommy just washed my blankie so it has that morning fresh scent. Mmmmmmm... I love that smell. It's the simple things in life that make it all worthwhile. So to me, life is good. And I hope it is the same for you. Cheers to peas and morning fresh drier sheets!

Life in the Womb

I'm coming up on my 9-month birthday and it just occurred to me that I will have been out of the womb longer than I was in it. So I guess the real question is, is life better on the inside or out?

Let’s do a little comparison.
• Food… inside of the womb I drank mommy’s fluids; outside of the womb I get peas.
• Shelter…inside of the womb it was warm and cozy; outside of the womb I get to stretch my legs, roll around on the floor, and pick up carpet fuzz.
• Clothes…inside of the womb I wore my birthday suit everyday; outside of the womb my mommy dresses me in stripes and yellow duckies.
• Toys and apparatuses…inside of the womb I had ribs and pelvic bones to kick; outside of the womb I get blocks, books, and fuzzy animals that talk to me.
All-in-all, I think life outside of the womb is much more exciting. What do you think?
